     As of Saturday, August 27th, St. Louis Cardinals baseball is very exciting to watch. They have been playing wonderfully since the August 2nd trade deadline and are currently sitting at a record of 73 wins and 54 losses. This is good enough for the 6th best record in baseball, and the best record in the National League Central, their division, which would put them at the top of the division, in a playoff spot. They are in this spot thanks to the moves that they made on the August 2nd trade deadline that brought in Jordan Montgomery, and Jose Quintana, two men who have helped bolster the Cardinals pitching staff.       As of Saturday, August 27th, the Cardinals are also home to the two best players in the National League, Paul Goldschmidt, and Nolan Arenado. I say that these are the two best players in the National League because these two men are numbers 1 and 2 when it comes to being the player to most likely win the National League Most Valuable Player Award.      I absolutely love the St. Louis Cardinals, and one of my favorite things to do is talk with people about them. However, there are not too many people who share the same level of passion that I do. Therefore, I would like to give you some tips on how you too can become an enthusiastic fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.       First, just w atch a Cardinals game. If you have never watched a baseball game, more specifically, a Cardinals game, I suggest that you start your journey to fandom by watching a game. Watch it on the channel that broadcasts the Cardinals games, Bally Sports Midwest, and listen to one of the most passionate men in baseball, Dan McLaughlin, as he commentates the Cardinals game. Listen closely to how excited Dan gets whenever a big play is made. You can just hear his love for Cardinals baseball. This will hopefully excite you.      Hello everyone, I am Matthew Inman. I am an avid sports fan, more specifically, I am a St. Louis Cardinals fan. I was born into a "Cardinals Family" as my parents and grandparents also root for the Cardinals. With that being said, I have been keeping up with Cardinals baseball since I was able to actually understand what was going on, which was roughly 2005. As I have gotten older and my love for the game has grown, I have found myself watching every Cardinals game. Those games that I cannot watch live because of school or work, I record and watch later. I know every player on the team, and I know all their strengths and weaknesses, and how they are doing when it comes to their performance. Some may say I am a bit too passionate about the team, but I don't think that is possible.
